As our Funding & Engagement Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of Supported Independent Living (SIL) funding, billing, service agreements, and funding records for new and existing customers.Key Responsibilities:
- Strong working knowledge of the NDIS, particularly Rosters of Care (RoCs), SIL funding and compliance
- Experience in service coordination, funding management, or billing roles
- High attention to detail with strong administrative and data accuracy skills
- Ability to manage priorities and communicate effectively across teams
- Proactive and solution-focused, with a drive for continuous improvement
- Has an NDIS background with plans, Rosters of Care (RoCs), funding categories and billing for new and existing customers
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work to multiple priorities
- Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Hold current NDIS Workers Screening, South Australian Working with Children Screening and Australian Working Rights
- Have completed, or willing to complete the NDIS Workers Orientation Module
