The role will be focused on drafting tender and fee proposals, with a strong focus on attention to detail and excellent written skills.Benefits include:

The Role
As the Bidding Coordinator duties include:
  • Drafting bids/ fee proposals/ tenders
  • Attaching all relevant documentation before submissions
  • Providing administrative support and database maintenance
  • Assisting in the write up and preparation of internal and external publications
  • Researching clients to prepare for tenders/ bigs/ proposals
  • Assisting in proposal preparation, formatting, and all written documents
  • Ad hoc admin and office assistance as required
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Strong Microsoft Word
  • Excellent attention to detail and written communications
  • Experience in property, quantity surveying, building/ construction, or related industry a bonus
  • Exposure to Canva a bonus
