- Spearheading user research initiatives to gain profound insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Employing qualitative and quantitative research methods, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests, to inform product decisions, with the flexibility to facilitate workshops as necessary.
- Translating research findings into actionable insights and compelling narratives that fuel product innovation.
- Collaborating seamlessly with engineers to implement designs, offering guidance and support throughout the development process.
- Conducting user research and usability testing to collect feedback and validate design decisions, ensuring alignment with user needs.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in design and technology to continually enhance product delivery.

- Brings extensive experience in the property industry, coupled with a deep understanding of its intricacies, needs, and challenges.
- Has a proven track record in designing intuitive and engaging UI/UX experiences for both web and mobile applications.
- Demonstrates proficiency in popular design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and more.
- Possesses a strong grasp of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Possesses a knowledge/experience of the principles of creating and maintaining a Design System.
- Excels in communication and collaboration, fostering effective teamwork.
- Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, readily adapting to evolving priorities.
- Possession of a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a technical field.
- Previous experience in SaaS.
