The Opportunity:
  • 4-6 months (with possibility of extension)

About You:
  • You have very strong Victorian civil litigation experience
  • Construction law experience would be a bonus
  • You are comfortable liaising with external legal providers, liaising with internal clients, preparing internal briefings, day-to-day management of a number of litigation proceedings and involvement in policy related matters
  • You have the ability to work autonomously and at a high professional standard, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • You are flexible, adaptable and have the ability to fit in with existing and well-established work practices
  • You are a team player
  • You have the ability to hit the ground running and work closely with a fast paced team
  • You have a minimum of 5 years' experience
  • You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business
  • You have a current practising certificate
  • You have the right to live and work in Australia
