About You:
  • You have very strong in-house general commercial experience
  • You have experience with the provision of commercial contract reviews, negotiation and general commercial advice
  • You are comfortable liaising with internal and external clients and preparing internal briefings and/or general commercial advises across the organisation
  • You have the ability to work autonomously as well as within the legal team, and at a high professional standard, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • You are flexible, adaptable and have the ability to fit in with existing and well-established work practices
  • You are a team player
  • You have the ability to hit the ground running and work closely with a fast-paced team
  • You have a minimum of 5 years' PQE
  • You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business
  • You have a current practising certificate
  • You have the right to live and work in Australia
