  • An experienced Site Supervisor with a proven track record in defence-related construction or high-security infrastructure projects.
  • Proficient in managing daily site operations, subcontractors, and compliance with strict safety and quality standards.
  • Holder of relevant trade qualifications or construction management credentials.
  • Skilled in leading teams effectively in remote or regional environments across the Northern Territory.
  • Knowledgeable about construction practices, occupational health and safety, and defence industry regulations.
  • Strong communicator, highly organised, and confident in leadership.
  • Applicants with DCAC will be given priority.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Oversee and coordinate all site activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and meets project specifications.
  • Manage subcontractors and site personnel to maintain high standards of workmanship and productivity.
  • Monitor project progress and liaise closely with project managers and clients to resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety policies and defence industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate site records and reporting to support project management and compliance.
  • Operate effectively within the unique challenges of remote or regional locations.
