Permanent opportunity
Estimated salary: $120K–$150K per annum (depending on experience)
ASAP start
Full-time role – Project runs for the next 6 months, with future projects to follow
Vehicle/Phone/Laptop package – to be negotiated based on candidate fit.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise on-site construction activities and trades
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and daily workflow
Read and interpret project plans and ensure works align with specifications (fire-resistant insulated panels)
Monitor and report project progress and timelines
Identify and resolve site issues promptly

Our Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in construction project management
Strong experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman in construction
Knowledge of insulated/fire-resistant panel installations highly regarded
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Reliable transport and valid driver’s licence
Previous experience working in Darwin or remote NT sites is highly desirable
