
Brand Campaign Manager

- Plan, develop, and deliver integrated brand and segment marketing campaigns
- Manage day-to-day execution with creative, media, and digital agency partners
- Own and grow Avant’s social media presence through content planning, execution, and engagement monitoring
- Lead marketing support for Avant’s national events program, including sponsorship activations and on-site engagement
- Ensure brand consistency and alignment with broader brand strategy and messaging
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
- 3–5 years’ experience in campaign and digital marketing, ideally within a complex or regulated environment
- Strong creative and copywriting skills with a solid understanding of design and brand application
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels
- Experience working with social media platforms and content management systems
- Highly organised with a proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
