- Apply your award and EBA expertise to ensure accurate entitlements and compliance.
- Maintain audit-ready payroll records and support internal controls.
- Respond to payroll queries with clarity and confidence, building trust across the business.
- Collaborate with finance to reconcile payroll accounts and support month-end.
- Prepare and lodge payroll tax, superannuation, and statutory obligations.
- Contribute to system upgrades and process improvements that drive efficiency.
- Deliver insightful payroll reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Proven experience in payroll processing within Australia.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant software.
- Understanding of Australian tax, superannuation, and payroll legislation.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
