- Provide day to day service coordination and cultural guidance for the Women's Business Shared Pathway (WBSP) and Ngarrama Allied Health (NAH) multidisciplinary teams and services.
- Collaboratively undertake strategic planning for the WBSP and NAH to optimise service delivery and ensure provision of culturally safe and responsive services.
- Demonstrate a high level of knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, protocols and history including a comprehensive knowledge of issues and priorities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women's health and wellbeing.
- Coordinate community consultation and co-design initiatives that endeavour to enhance the delivery of the WBSP and NAH and support the MNHHS Health Equity strategic goals.
- Establish and maintain highly effective and mutually productive relationships with MNHS, IUIH and MATSICHS staff, external stakeholders and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and ensure they are actively involved in all aspects of service design, implementation, and evaluation.
