You’ll oversee the entire project lifecycle, including:
- Leading project delivery from feasibility and design through to construction and handover.
- Managing client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships to ensure exceptional outcomes.
- Driving project schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Championing safety and sustainability standards, including Green Star and ESG compliance.
- Leading and mentoring high-performing project teams to deliver with excellence.
- Proven experience managing large-scale industrial construction projects(logistics, manufacturing, warehouses, cold storage, automation facilities, etc.).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate diverse project teams.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
