- Responsible for the efficient and accurate management of all asset orders, ensuring the procurement of vehicles is aligned with the company’s / supplier’s guidelines – meeting all SLA’s / KPI’s.
- Vehicle Ordering and supplier acceptances.
- On Time Delivery management – efficient management of the order pipe, including clear and concise updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Vehicle confirmation process

- Off Lease / vehicle return management
- Manage the purchasing inbox enquiries within the required time frames.
- Customer service responsibilities to both the client (employers) and the customers (employees).

- Monitor the overall performance of dealers in accordance with FleetPlus Group service level requirements.
- Responsible and accountable for the functional purchasing process, including the effective communication across the relevant internal departments and external suppliers.
- Problem Solve vehicle delivery irregularities.
- Negotiate prices with dealers to ensure cost effective solutions to the Group and its customers.
- Optimisation of purchasing procedures to maximise efficiency and turnaround of quote requests.
- Demonstrated leadership capability.
- Experience working in Fleet (this is a must!)
- High Level of Problem-Solving capabilities.
- Capable of high engagement with stakeholders.
- Established relationship and external supplier management skills.
- Financial operations background.
- Experience in delivering SLAs.
- Diligence to follow process.
