This role is key to ensuring our property always looks its best and operates smoothly, delivering the high standard of service Oaks is known for.What you'll be doing:

Carrying out general repairs and maintenance across guest rooms and public areas
Coordinating and supervising external contractors
Implementing preventative maintenance programs
Keeping accurate records of daily work and service schedules

Monday-Friday: $26.70 p/h

Qualifications

Previous hands-on building or property maintenance experience
Strong time management and ability to work independently
