Our client, a dynamic business in the technology sector, is seeking a professional Sales and Service Administrator to join their Service and Support team. Located in north-west Sydney, this full-time role offers a salary of up to $60,000 per annum on a one year max term hire.In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the Client Services Director and customer support team, ensuring the smooth operation of business processes. Your responsibilities include data entry relating to accounts payables and receivables using online accounting systems, managing contract renewals, creating and processing invoices, and supporting month-end procedures.You will also play a key role in assisting the Sales Executive by managing sales data within the CRM, generating reports and analytics to inform sales and marketing strategies, and helping to streamline sales workflows by developing templates and evaluating new tools.The role demands a professional and proactive approach in customer service, engaging effectively with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams. You will contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.Key accountabilities include:
  • Data entry and processing for accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Monthly billing, contract creation, renewals, and terminations.
  • Providing client services administrative support and managing customer purchasing and ordering.
  • Maintaining CRM data integrity and supporting sales and marketing efforts through reporting.
  • Assisting in the review and enhancement of sales workflows and tools.
  • Collaboration with management, sales, and service teams, as well as external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Experience in accounting administration and data entry.
  • Background in sales and marketing administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and graphics software.
  • Familiarity with online social media platforms for marketing analytics.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or Sales are advantageous but not mandatory.
