- Data entry and processing for accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Monthly billing, contract creation, renewals, and terminations.
- Providing client services administrative support and managing customer purchasing and ordering.
- Maintaining CRM data integrity and supporting sales and marketing efforts through reporting.
- Assisting in the review and enhancement of sales workflows and tools.
- Collaboration with management, sales, and service teams, as well as external stakeholders.
- Experience in accounting administration and data entry.
- Background in sales and marketing administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and graphics software.
- Familiarity with online social media platforms for marketing analytics.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or Sales are advantageous but not mandatory.
