
Sales and Marketing Administrator

- Write and schedule content updates for the Sydney Showground website
- Coordinate with clients and agencies to deliver social and digital content on time
- Assist in preparing newsletters, press releases, and invitations
- Manage RSVP systems and client function communications
- Maintain and update marketing collateral and digital assets
- Support content delivery to media partners and across social media platforms
- Develop marketing briefs for creative projects and digital campaigns
- Assist in developing and maintaining sales proposals, templates, and presentations
- Help prepare case studies, testimonials, and other sales assets
- Support the organisation of client familiarisation events and tradeshows
- Research new sales opportunities and update the CRM database
- A positive “can-do” attitude and strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite / Canva
- Social media knowledge (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with tight deadlines
- A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team
- Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, events, or communications preferred
- Prior experience in events or marketing (internships or work placements welcome)
