From compliance and internal audit to risk culture and governance, your work will help us protect what matters most- our people, our services, and our future.With integrity and resilience, you will:Champion a proactive risk culture through education, training, and leadership.Oversee compliance, internal audit, and assurance activities across all business units.Provide strategic advice to the Executive and Board on risk exposure and mitigation.Lead the development and continuous improvement of risk frameworks, policies, and systems.Collaborate with key stakeholders to embed risk management into planning and operations.Deliver a GRC platform across the enterprise to digitally track compliance across BUs and provide dashboards for our Board and management.Ensure alignment with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.Deliver timely and insightful risk reporting to support executive decision-making.What You’ll BringYou’re a strategic and collaborative leader with deep expertise in enterprise risk, compliance, and governance.
