- Strong track record in transformation, IBP, CAPEX, and enterprise-wide project delivery.
- Hands-on experience driving digital initiatives and automation integration.
- Financial acumen with the ability to align cross-functional priorities.
- Strong judgment, ethical leadership, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
