- Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with SSP and DSP partners, and support agency sales teams in overcoming trading rule objections.
- Sales Enablement: Assist the sales team with reporting and managing always-on integrations, and take over campaign execution once activated via platform partners.
- Client Development: Drive direct business development across key platforms and publishers, promoting Audience360 and Publift inventory through client education.
- Campaign Oversight: Manage client campaigns end-to-end, including reporting, reconciliation, and performance tracking.
- Strategic Growth: Develop long-term strategies to grow spend across key partners, agency holding companies, and Audience360/Publift PMPs.
- Product Expertise: Act as the internal specialist for A360 Select and Lite, supporting platform-specific initiatives and integrations.
You'll have extensive experience in the digital media industry with history of programmatic sales and campaign management. Experience and depth of existing relationships dealing with Tier 1 agency planning teams, trading desks and SSPs
- Self-Motivated individual that has a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building relationships.
- Genuine Enthusiasm for the industry and a willingness to learn and work at the leading-edge of programmatic 1st party audience targeting
- Wanting to be part of a great culture and contribute to it
- Desire to work in a small to medium business that requires generating business opportunities and new relationships as well as helping drive growth of the overall business.
- Capable of operating in a fast-moving industry with good time management skills across multiple stake holders
- Demonstrate strong abilities to build rapport and maintain relationships
- Common sense, ambitious, logical thinker with a can-do attitude who can take ownership of role
