This newly created opportunity will see you join a dedicated HR Project Team on an initial 6-month fixed term contract, working onsite with the flexibility to adjust your hours, but with no hybrid option. This is a hands-on, project-focused position for an experienced HR professional who thrives on rolling up their sleeves to get things done.Responsibilities for the HR Process Specialist includes (but not limited to):

Conduct detailed "as-is" process reviews across HR functions in both operational and corporate settings.
Advise on HR best practises across the employee like cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, leave management and terminations.
Design "to-be" processes that reflect best practise, regulatory compliance and operational efficiency suitable to the current working environment.
Develop and document standard operating procedures for HR processes.

About you:

Organised and detail-driven HR professional with a strong track record in:

Process documentation
Process improvement
Project delivery
Solid HR operational experience across the full employee lifecycle
Understands what 'good' looks like, with a pragmatic approach to designing fit-for-purpose solutions in busy, operational environments
Proficient in:

Process mapping
SOP documentation
Stakeholder engagement
Confident facilitator of workshops and cross-functional collaboration
Adept at translating complex HR requirements into simple, actionable steps
