- Conduct detailed "as-is" process reviews across HR functions in both operational and corporate settings.
- Advise on HR best practises across the employee like cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, leave management and terminations.
- Design "to-be" processes that reflect best practise, regulatory compliance and operational efficiency suitable to the current working environment.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures for HR processes.
- Organised and detail-driven HR professional with a strong track record in:

- Solid HR operational experience across the full employee lifecycle
- Understands what 'good' looks like, with a pragmatic approach to designing fit-for-purpose solutions in busy, operational environments
