- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans across a diverse portfolio of brands.
- Drive strategic planning and development initiatives.
- Lead the creation and execution of communication plans to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Ensure the successful execution of the annual marketing plan, with a focus on delivering all marketing initiatives on time and in alignment with key objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end innovation planning and development, ensuring local initiatives align with global goals.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including the local leadership team, agency partners, and internal stakeholders across the organization.
- Leading a highly motivated passionate brand team of 4 and overseeing functional competency development and succession planning for the marketing team.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Marketing Manager role, with team responsibility.
- Proven track record in creating and implementing marketing strategies, including experience in NPD and ATL campaign management.
- Strong business and commercial acumen, ideally within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with a passion for people development and fostering talent within the team.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Business.
