The OpportunityNestlé has a unique and exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our Confectionery team.This is a 12-month contract role where you will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing agenda for our Confectionery Australia and New Zealand, including iconic brands like Allen's, Butter Menthol, Quick-Eze & Soothers.This is a critical role so we're looking for someone with big ambition, energised and future focused with high stakeholder management skills and a passion for coaching and developmentA Day in the Life…Confectionary is never boring in this dynamic role:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans across a diverse portfolio of brands.
  • Drive strategic planning and development initiatives.
  • Lead the creation and execution of communication plans to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Ensure the successful execution of the annual marketing plan, with a focus on delivering all marketing initiatives on time and in alignment with key objectives.
  • Oversee end-to-end innovation planning and development, ensuring local initiatives align with global goals.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including the local leadership team, agency partners, and internal stakeholders across the organization.
  • Leading a highly motivated passionate brand team of 4 and overseeing functional competency development and succession planning for the marketing team.
What will make you successful:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Marketing Manager role, with team responsibility.
  • Proven track record in creating and implementing marketing strategies, including experience in NPD and ATL campaign management.
  • Strong business and commercial acumen, ideally within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with a passion for people development and fostering talent within the team.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Business.
