The Property Maintenance role plays a key part in the smooth operation of Thredbo’s managed properties. Working closely with the Apartment Management Supervisor, this position is responsible for general and preventative maintenance, coordinating repairs and trades to minimise disruptions to guests and bookings, while maintaining a high standard of guest experience.In addition to property maintenance, the role supports the Information Centre with daily operations including guest enquiries, accommodation check-ins and check-outs, ticketing, National Parks passes, and general administration. About the Role
  • Carry out general and preventative maintenance across Thredbo’s managed properties, including repairs, deliveries, property checks, and coordinating with external trades.
  • Support the Information Centre by assisting with guest enquiries, issuing National Parks passes, and ensuring up-to-date resort information is available.
  • Manage and action maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to guests and timely completion of all tasks.
  • Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining high standards of service and accurate property information.
  • Maintain property inventories, update reservation systems, and support day-to-day administrative tasks as required.
About You
  • Hold a current, valid & unrestricted C class Driver's licence (required)
  • Hold a current valid NSW White Card
  • You’re hands-on, proactive, and take pride in delivering high-quality maintenance and guest services.
  • You have experience in performing non-trade level maintenance of property, plant and equipment
  • You have experience and general knowledge of electrical, plumbing and building industry
  • You’re organised, reliable, and can manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • You’re confident using basic administrative systems and comfortable learning new tools and processes.
  • You have a good knowledge of the Thredbo area or are keen to learn quickly to assist guests with accurate local information.
