- Deliver friendly and professional front desk service, in-person and over the phone
- Assist with wheelchair bookings, lost property, tenant queries, and public announcements
- Maintain the Community Service Board and coordinate community bookings
- Record and manage customer feedback, liaising with relevant teams
- Collect and update tenant trading hours, contact details, insurance, and monthly sales
- Support contractors and couriers on site, ensuring all protocols are followed
- Raise purchase orders and manage admin-related tenant tasks
- Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Attend emergency procedure training and assist during incidents
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- A proactive, team-oriented, and flexible attitude
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent service
