Accounts Receivable

• Process and manage accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing and payment allocations.
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Generate and distribute customer statements and reports as required.
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies.

• Prior experience in accounts receivable or a related accounting role.
• A solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with customers and internal teams.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing deadlines.
