
Accounts Receivable Team Lead

- Lead and mentor a team of 7 Accounts Receivable Officers to achieve business outcomes and uphold company values.
- Oversee credit applications, collections, allocations, and customer service functions.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve disputes and ensure timely debt recovery.
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor and report on KPIs and service levels, ensuring compliance with internal standards.
- Manage bad debts and ensure receivables are collected within agreed DSO targets.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within accounts receivable or credit control (minimum 2 years).
- Strong understanding of AR processes with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with competing priorities.
