- Event Management: Oversee the planning and execution of annual Fortinet conference, including managing event logistics, promotional plans, budgets, timelines and post-event analysis.
- Sponsorships: Manage all aspects of third-party sponsorships, including tradeshows and DP World Tour sponsorship.
- Executive Briefing Centre: Management and running of EBC Centre - Process management and ensuring all aspects well-cordinated and impactful.
- ABM Program: Enterprise & Government Sector: Execute on ABM program of events across third party and FTNT led.
- Experience: 8+ years in a similar role, preferably with a technology vendor. Experience in network security is a plus.
- Project Management: Exceptional project management skills with proven experience managing large-scale events and sponsorships. Strong organizational skills and ability to keep projects on schedule.
- Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, ensuring accountability and alignment among stakeholders.
- Communication: Strong communicator capable of briefing internal teams and stakeholders on program details and desired outcomes.
- Agency Management: Experience in working with and managing agencies and vendors to develop creative assets.
- Creativity: Creative thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Open to introducing new ideas and approaches.
- Team Player: Motivated self-starter with excellent relationship-building skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for continuous learning.
- Technology Proficiency: Experience with technologies such as SFDC, Eloqua, and Swoogo is a plus.
