We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to manage clients across the Brisbane area. This role focuses on client account management, relationship building, and operational excellence. - Manage and oversee staffing solutions for multiple clients, ensuring seamless service delivery
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive growth
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients
- Partner with clients to understand recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions
- Passion for operational excellence, client order fulfilment, and building strong client relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage high-volume accounts and consistently meet targets
- Must be a good team player and work collaboratively with colleagues
- Flexible with working hours to meet client and business needs
- Willingness to assist with daily operational requirements as needed
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
- Recruitment experience is an advantage, but not essential – we welcome enthusiastic candidates willing to learn
