The right applicant will feel at home amongst a tight-knit, motivated and progressive team of winners, representing Australia’s most dynamic prestige dealer group with the best inventory offering and most sought after vehicles - all year round!You will be an experienced professional who loves cars, has good basic mechanical knowledge, good computer skills & knows how to put a deal together with a natural flair for sales, customer service, and relationships.You will lead by example, manage your clients, recruit, mentor & manage your sales team while being responsible for the department as a whole. This dynamic leadership position will be across all opportunities and responsible for the department's results, creating continued success for the future.QualificationsThe successful applicant must have:Significant pre-owned vehicle sales management experience & proven history of successFull open driver's licence.Exceptional, mature and positive mindset, with a "can do" attitude.A willingness to succeed as a key figure of the management team working closely with the support of the general management team.The ability and willingness to follow a well-constructed blueprint for success (including the Road To A Sale), while motivating and supporting your sales team.Lead by example at all times.A good understanding of the prestige pre-owned vehicle market and good general basic mechanical knowledge.Exceptional presentation, keen eye for detail, a good understanding of the importance of world-class facility, including inventory merchandising, maintenance & presentation.The ability to multitask and thrive under pressureThe ability to work autonomously as well as a part of a close-knit team while utilising the latest technology.Additional InformationBe quick to join this rare opportunity with Australia's fastest-growing prestige pre-owned dealer group.Benefits and perks
