- Measurement of all elements for preparation of cost plan
- Pricing of individual items within a cost plan from first principals including market engagement where required
- Preparation of cost reports
- Assessment of tender returns and preparation of tender recommendation report
- Assessment of contractor variations
- Assessment of contractor payment claims and preparation of a payment recommendation to the Superintendent
- Compilation of benchmarking and market intelligence data
- Utilisation of our digital offering, the Hive, for implementation of all deliverables
- 2-3 years post graduate experience
- AIQS of RICS member or currently on the pathway to membership
- Experience in CostX preferred
- Experience across the life cycle of projects with experience in pre-contract, procurement, and post contract activities
