
HR & WHS Administration Assistant

- Assist with HR processes including onboarding, training coordination and compliance tracking
- Support WHS activities such as recordkeeping, registers, audits and safety communications
- Manage general administration tasks: email and phone correspondence, document handling, and supplier communication
- Maintain key registers including vehicles, licences, insurance, and training
- Coordinate uniforms, office supplies, and assist with internal events and initiatives
- Support administrative processes for new projects and team activities
- Provide ad hoc assistance across marketing, accounts and operations as required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Comfortable using digital tools and systems such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- A proactive approach with a willingness to learn
- Able to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Full-time, 38-hour work week (Monday to Friday)
