- Undertake administrative tasks including but not limited to typing of letters/policies, faxing, collecting medical records, telephone calls, mailing, filing, record compilation, calendar bookings, liaison with GPs/Medical Officers to obtain clinical correspondence, travel/vehicle applications and bookings, data entry and filing, producing reports and correspondence to internal and external stakeholders.
- Undertake office administration and management duties, maintaining and ordering stock, stationery, and other supplies.

To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria in the application as thoroughly as possibly:
- Certificate III in Health Administration or Office Administration, or recent administration experience, preferably within a Healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication skills including excellent spelling and comprehension, excellent verbal communication skills, and demonstrated ability to deal confidently and courteously with patients and health professionals.
- Demonstrated experience in the MS Office Suite of applications, spreadsheet and database software, electronic scheduling and email systems.
- Demonstrated strong organisational and time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Demonstrated capacity to work under broad supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in a high pressure, high volume work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to the defined standards of ethical and professional conduct consistent with the current NSW Health Code of Conduct and/or relevant professional standards where applicable.
