- Lead and supervise a team of trades as well as subcontractors
- Oversee and ensure timely delivery of preventative and reactive maintenance across multiple sites
- Coordinate day-to-day operations, ensure documentation and compliance with safety and client standards
- Provide hands-on support and act as first responder for priority works
- Develop and implement maintenance plans and enhance property presentation
- Maintain accurate records and reporting for all work undertaken
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients
- Drive team performance, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Previous experience supervising multi-trade teams and subcontractors
- Trade background in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or carpentry (highly desirable)
- Excellent stakeholder and team engagement skills
- Sound understanding of safety, compliance, and operational regulations
- Proven ability to schedule, prioritise and scope maintenance works
- White Card and valid Driver's Licence preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused with a professional and adaptable approach
