Our Collins Street location in Melbourne offers the ultimate HUGO BOSS experience, with three levels dedicated to Womenswear, Men's Lifestyle, and Men's Tailoring. A true showcase of our brand’s sophistication and style.In this role, you will drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service by providing expert fitting and styling advice, building a strong personal clientele, and fostering long-lasting relationships. You will also contribute to a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing team culture while actively participating in daily store operations.What you can expect:

Driving sales and providing exceptional customer service and styling expertise to our clients
Collaborating with your team in the day to day operations
Demonstrating a customer centric mindset to ensure customer’s expectations are surpassed at every opportunity
Building a steady clientele of repeat shoppers through relationship building and CRM data gathering
Supporting in all merchandise related processes, including stock management and loss prevention
Maximizing every sales opportunity to achieve individual and store targets and KPI’s

Your profile:

Customer service experience is essential, with a proven abitilty to maintain a clientele base highly regarded
Previous Womenswear experience (desirable)
A genuine love of fashion and well versed styling expertise
Experience working in a team to achieve business goals
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
