
Social Worker, Grade 3 - Adult Mental Health (Dandenong Hospital)

- Conducting complex psychosocial assessments
- Delivering targeted therapeutic interventions
- Advocating for client rights
- Coordinating discharge planning and community liaison
- Providing clinical supervision and mentoring to junior staff and students
- AASW-accredited Bachelor or entry-level Master of Social Work (or overseas equivalent with AASW recognition)
- Minimum 7 years post-qualifying experience
- Eligibility for or current AASW membership
- Postgraduate qualification (or working toward) in a relevant field (e.g., Family Therapy, Mental Health, Advanced Social Work) - highly desirable
- Current Police Check and Employee Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
