- Work as part of multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary teams delivering person-centred and recovery-oriented care.
- Participate in reflective practice, professional development, mentoring, and regular supervision.
- Be supported by Social Work Clinical Educators and the Allied Health Early Careers Team.
- Have completed a Bachelor or Master’s in Social Work within the past 24 months and be available to commence by 17 November 2025.
- Be eligible for AASW membership.
- If qualified overseas, provide an International Qualification Assessment via AASW.
- Hold a current Victorian driver’s licence.
- A strong interest in public mental health practice.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Understanding of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022, MARAM, and the Information Sharing Framework.
- Awareness of the biopsychosocial issues impacting consumers and their supporters.
- Commitment to professional development, reflective practice, and a growth mindset.
