- Minimum requirements are qualifications as a Key Personnel with the Melbourne Water Authorities, being Yarra Valley, Greater Western Water & or South East Water and inclusive of Red / White card, Trenching, Operators, CSE & Level II First Aid & Water Pipelaying Ticket.
- All tickets must be within date.
