We are seeking an experienced Customer Service/Warehouse Support person to join our team in Yatala. As a key member of the team, you will be the first point of contact for our clients when they come into our trade service centre. Your day will consist of a vareity of roles, from sales and enquiries, merchandising, liaising with customers and suppliers on a daily basis and other administrative duties. You will provide an excellent customer service experience for all our new and existing clients when welcoming them into our showroom, merchandising and stock replenishments, resolving enquiries via phone and email and effectively communicating with drivers as and when they arrive. Strong computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly with great attention to detail.If you have a welcoming approach, show high initiative and provide our customers with a unique experience; then this is the role for you and we would love to hear from you.
