The Role & ProjectMACA is seeking a permanent Maintenance Supervisor to join the Duketon South project on a permanent, full-time basis, working an 8/6, 7/7 FIFO (DS:NS) roster from Perth.The Duketon South project is located in the Northeastern Goldfields of Western Australia, approximately 130 kilometres north of Laverton.Build your future with one of WA's most trusted contractors.As a proud Thiess company, MACA is a trusted integrated contracting services group specialising in mining, civil construction, infrastructure, and mineral processing.We strive to be the best by investing in our people, understanding our clients' needs, and having a relentless focus on continuous improvement. Experience leading a mobile maintenance team in a mining production environment.
Have extensive experience in breakdowns, diagnostics and repair abilities across all mobile fleet.
Trade qualified in a mechanical discipline.
Experience with CMMS - AMT, Pronto, JDE advantageous
Hold a current WA drivers' licence and relevant high-risk tickets.
Attend and contribute to pre-shift, toolbox and safety meetings.
Ensures vehicles and equipment are functioning correctly and report any defects to the Maintenance Superintendent.
