At RPS, you won't just manage projects-you'll help shape communities, influence outcomes, and lead critical government and private sector initiatives.If you value autonomy, collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and front-line leadership on high-profile projects, this is your chance to thrive.What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years' experience in construction project delivery, ideally on the client side.
  • Qualifications in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contract administration, especially Managing Contractor Contracts.
  • Excellent client, stakeholder, and team leadership skills.
  • Solid written and verbal communication, with proficiency in MS Office and ideally MS Project.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Completed Construction Site WHS training.
  • AIPM Certification (or equivalent) highly regarded.
