We live and breathe our company values every day by being considerate, passionate, courageous, and making a difference.Job DescriptionThis Service Manager role is to oversee a large OSHC service in Hornsby South, with an existing team of a Coordinator, Assistant Coordinators, and Educators, this service is designed for excellence. Licensed for over 180 children per day, this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a high-quality OSHC program.In addition to paid admin hours every week, every term you will have opportunities for professional development and staff meetings. As a part of a national company, we have centralised teams to manage administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional experiences for children and leading your teamAbout the role:Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state-specific office, regular visits and mentorship from an experienced Regional Leader. The role is fulltime (38 hours per week), structured in block shifts to support work-life balance, with approximately 5.5 hours per week in direct ratio hours, along with responsibilities as an Educational Leader.
  • Develop and facilitate an engaging, child-centered program.
  • Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.
  • Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of your service.
  • Ensure quality and compliance in service delivery in line with the NQF.
  • Grow attendance to support children and families.
Who are we looking for?
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working with children in a leadership position or a similar role.
  • Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Current and valid Working with Children Check, or state-required check.
  • Clear and professional communication.
