- Kitchen Operations & Culinary Excellence: Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to standard recipes; assist in menu planning, developing new dishes, and maintaining high culinary standards while ensuring hygiene and HACCP compliance.
- Team Support & Development: Provide guidance, training, and coaching to kitchen staff; assist Head Chef with recruitment, performance management, and fostering a positive, communicative team environment.
- Stock & Equipment Management: Assist with ordering, maintaining, and monitoring stock and kitchen equipment to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to safety and operational standards.
- Proven ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and third parties in a manner that reflects positively on the hotel, the brand, and the Company.
- Strong problem-solving, reasoning, motivational, organizational, and training abilities.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Degree or Vocational Certificate in Culinary Arts, Culinary Skills, or a related field.
