Synaco has partnered with an industry leading waste management company due to continued growth they are seeking a Plant Operator for a site in AuburnTenure: Ongoing temp to permDays & Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pmPay rate: ORD $43.62.h + SuperDuties:
Prestart plant and equipment checks
Operate heavy industrial moving equipment in accordance with company procedures
Assist in other areas of site as required especially litter-picking
Clean and maintain designated work areas.
Assist customers by directing them to the relevant areas to dispose of waste
Prepare plant and machinery work areas and assist operators as required
Ideal candidate:
Good work ethic, understand importance of turning up to work
Experience essential on Front-End Loader and/or Excavator
Commitment to safety
Self-motivated
Mechanical aptitude
Experience and or qualifications in operating a variety of mobile plant and equipment ideally in the waste industry.
