The People and Culture Directorate of which the HR Services team is a part, plays a crucial role in supporting the College by providing advice and support on human resources matters including recruitment, performance management, leave management, workforce planning, employee and industrial relation matters, Work Health and Safety and other related functions. To support the existing HR Services Consultancy teams and provide better support to staff and managers across the College, a third HR Services Consulting team structure is being implemented.The Human Resources Consultant provides high-quality consultancy and advice on a broad range of complex human resource matters to clients across the College.The position is responsible for the delivery of workforce services, practices, programs and processes to achieve human resource outcomes, which support the business of the College.To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience in providing advice and support to managers and staff on all aspects of Human Resources, in accordance with legislative and policy frameworks.For Further Job Related Information
