In this leadership role, you will oversee a team of TMS Analysts (Superusers) and lead the successful implementation and enhancement of CEVA's transport management systems across Australia and New Zealand. You will play a key role in bridging operations, solution design, and IT to deliver customer-centric, scalable solutions that improve visibility, integration and performance across our network.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?Specifically, you will:

Lead and mentor a team of TMS Analysts, supporting their development and project delivery
Manage complex, multi-site TMS implementations end-to-end, from scoping to go-live
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to align system configurations with operational needs
Recommend and validate transport system functionality as part of solution design
Participate in client integration workshops, supporting message testing and issue resolution
Identify and implement system improvements that drive operational efficiency
Provide training and change support across operational teams and customer interfaces
Support Orion implementation and maintain documentation of TMS-related processes.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Our ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with a background in transport operations, transport systems implementation or management, and team leadership. You will also bring:

Solid experience in a transport management system super-user or delivery role
Proven success delivering system-based solutions within a logistics environment
Experience with integration, mobility platforms and transport fundamentals
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities with both technical and non-technical audiences
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
A willingness to work flexibly, including outside of standard business hours, to meet project and customer requirements.
