- Lead and Inspire: Join a national management team, guiding junior staff across Australia while managing large, multi-stakeholder projects and serving as the key client contact.
- Deliver Employment Tax Expertise: Advise clients on all aspects of employment tax-including Payroll Tax, PAYG Withholding, Superannuation Guarantee, FBT, Termination Payments, and Salary Packaging-while reviewing key deliverables like FBT and payroll tax returns.
- Drive Innovation and Engagement: Use technology and big data to support compliance and generate insights, liaise with clients and regulatory bodies, and deliver impactful training seminars to both clients and internal teams.
- Extensive Employment Tax Experience: Over 5 years of delivering employment tax compliance and consulting services to large multinational organizations, with a strong commitment to excellence in client service.
- Technical and Analytical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, alongside proven data analytics capabilities and confidence in handling complex datasets.
- Effective and Flexible Work Style: Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work independently and collaboratively, and experience with automating tax processes (desirable but not essential).
