- Manual agility and the ability to maintain a constant, quick pace on assembly line
- Good visual inspection skills are needed to spot imperfections in finished products
- Positions parts in specified opening screws or bolts them in place with hand tools
- Places components in predetermined sequence on revolving spindles or dumps components into hoppers
- Ensure production target and quality requirements are met
- Ensure production area is kept neat and organised
