You’ll take on a pivotal Senior Contract Administrator role for a landmark multi-residential project in the heart of West End. This is an opportunity to work with an established builder/developer who owns and manages a significant national property portfolio, offering the security and resources of a major industry player without the red tape of Tier 1.The Company

- Oversee all CA functions on a $130mil+ BTR apartment development in West End
- Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and performance
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, budgets, and timelines
- Work closely with the site team, CAs, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Utilise Cheops and Procore (experience in these preferred but not essential)
- Strong multi-residential project experience $80mil+
- Established network of SEQ subcontractors
