We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to lead the delivery of a Customer Portal initiative. This project is a strategic priority aimed at enhancing digital engagement and self-service capabilities for our customers through a modern, secure, and user-friendly portal experience.
Role Requirements
The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery (manage S/W development delivery), including planning, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and coordination of cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience delivering digital platforms or customer portals and Salesforce preferably within a government regulatoror similar public sector environment.
- Strong understanding of project governance, compliance, and stakeholder managementin regulated environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple dependencies and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of driving outcomes in collaborative project environment.
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud projects or similar CRM and portal technologies.
- Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and digital transformation programs.
- Ability to navigate vendor relationships and manage external delivery partners.
