
Sourcing Specialist

- Manage end-to-end sourcing activities in line with internal procurement and contract management frameworks.
- Develop sourcing plans, evaluation and negotiation reports, and briefing materials for senior stakeholders.
- Provide consistent and clear advice to internal stakeholders on procurement processes and documentation.
- Contribute to the ongoing review and improvement of procurement procedures and systems.
- Maintain communication and working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Support team-based work and contribute to overall project delivery.
- May be required to supervise and support other procurement staff.
- Experience in managing complex procurement processes within a structured or regulated environment.
- Ability to plan and deliver strategic sourcing outcomes that meet internal requirements.
- Competence in preparing procurement documentation and handling supplier negotiations.
- Understanding of contract development and contract management principles.
- Able to analyse and resolve procurement-related problems effectively.
- Experience working within defined procurement policies or government frameworks is an advantage.
- Experience managing or supporting staff is desirable.
- Tertiary qualifications in procurement, supply chain, commerce, law, or business are desirable.
- Knowledge of public sector procurement rules is preferred
