About the RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic Client Advisor to join a luxury fashion concession. This role is perfect for someone with strong customer service skills, a passion for styling, and the drive to build lasting client relationships.As a Client Advisor, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, achieving sales targets, and contributing to an elevated shopping experience for every customer.Key Responsibilities

Provide personalised and professional service to every client, ensuring loyalty and repeat business
Achieve sales targets and KPIs across sales, UPT, and average transaction values
Build and manage a strong client database, with a focus on VIP clienteling
Support visual merchandising and store presentation to reflect brand standards
Assist with daily operations including stock management, online orders, and loss prevention
Uphold a positive, inclusive, and professional team environment

What You'll Bring

A genuine love for fashion, unique style, and creativity
Fashion degree or similar education (highly valued) to support in-depth styling and design conversations
Strong retail experience, ideally in luxury or premium fashion
Previous exposure to garment construction, styling, or modelling
