You'll bring the following:
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, or hotel operations
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- A team player who takes pride in their work
- Have previous experience working in a front facing customer service position
- Be well presented and impeccably groomed
- Be familiar with the Microsoft office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Have excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Be available to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
